Statement of Terms and Conditions:
1.What does the iPhone Warranty service cover/not cover?
This service contract covers the following iPhone repairs only:
Glass/Digitizer, LCD, Home button, Charging port, volume button replacement, power/standby button replacement, vibrator replacement, camera replacement, loud speaker repair, in ear speaker repair. This iPhone warranty service contract covers ONLY 1 iPhone. The serial number of the iPhone under warranty will be recorded in our system. This iPhone warranty contract does NOT cover the following: CASE REPLACEMENT, LOGIC BOARD REPLACEMENT.This service does not cover multiple iPhones. Only the device with the corresponding serial number.
2. What is the period of coverage?
If you purchased the aftermarket iPhone warranty along with one of our iPhone repair services, your coverage begins from the date of purchase and continues as you pay the $4.99 monthly fee. If your aftermarket iPhone warranty is not renewed at the end of your 30 days, your coverage will expire. If you purchase the MyProtect iPhone warranty extended service coverage as a standalone product your coverage begins 90 days after purchase.
3. How to file a claim?
Contact us via email or phone to request the iPhone repair service. You will be asked to confirm the serial number of the iPhone that is covered. We will provide you a Service Authorization Order Number. You will be responsible for shipping the phone to us for repair and you will be required to pay the deductible. $39.99 for all iPhone 3G and 3GS models. $74.99 for all iPhone 4 models. You can file as many claims as needed for the iPhone covered, while your MyProtect iPhone warranty contract is active.
